3 Steps To A High Performing Team....

Step 1

Evaluation

We begin by evaluating your team member’s skills and knowledge using our proprietary  Aptitude Survey comprised of 40-50 multiple choice, short and long answer questions.  Team members are evaluated for their depth of knowledge on client service skills, account management, basic estate planning, investments and insurance. The Aptitude Survey is  customized to your firm’s client offering and used to develop a training plan that best matches your firm needs.

Using the Survey results we develop a customized training plan for your employee and review it with you.  The team member’s plan provides specific training tasks and weekly milestone dates for completion.  All plans include a weekly coaching and review session with an AEP Program Advisor.

Our training  accountability plan means we will be following up to ensure your team member is on track to complete their training plan.  Even if your employee falls behind we will work with them to determine if adjustments to their training plan or additional resources are required. You, the employer, will get a report detailing your team member’s progress through each step of their program
